This flexible role offers the opportunity to manage your workload around your lifestyle while providing essential support to patients in their homes or community settings. Shifts: 9:00-17:00 with weekend shifts available Pay: From £26 ph ltd up to £38 ph ltd per hour £23.45- £34.00 PAYE Inclusive Equivalent Key Responsibilities Provide expert nursing care to patients in their homes or community environments. Manage and deliver care plans, including wound management, catheter care, medication administration, and chronic disease support. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care tailored to individual patient needs. Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination. Maintain accurate documentation and uphold professional standards of practice. Requirements Registered Nurse Qualification with valid NMC registration. Previous experience as a District/Community Nurse or in a similar role is essential minimum 12 months Excellent clinical skills, including wound care and chronic disease management. A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle are required. Strong communication, organisational, and time-management skills.
