Robert Half are pleased to be partnering with an engineering services organisation based in Bicester to recruit a Finance Manager. The Finance Manager will receive a salary of up to £60,000 along with other attractive benefits including hybrid remote working.
This organisation has offices across Europe and the role would best suit someone who has worked within a group structure.
Primary responsibilities;
1. Oversee the operations of the accounting and administrative department and maintain in-depth relations with all members of the management team
2. Oversee and ensure the timely and accurate preparation and finalisation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations
3. Effectively manage a team of Accounting and Finance Specialists in GB and Sweden including performance management, goal setting etc.
4. Maintain and uphold a documented system of accounting policies and procedures in accordance with local legal and BC internal accounting standards
5. Implement a robust control system and perform regular checks to ensure full compliance
6. Gather, process and monitor financial data for 3 legal entities
