My client is seeking an experienced Senior HR Advisor/ HR Manager to join one of their busy sites based near Bracknell- As one of the top performing education establishments within the MAT, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the on-site HR function.

- Candidates need to be based in the UK. Salary for this role is to £37,00.
The duties for this role include, but are not limited to
- Providing the on-site HR provision
- Managing ER for the whole staff
- Report to a Regional HR Manager for support as needed.
- Oversight of all recruitment- process from advert to day 1
- Payroll management, in conjunction with the finance team
- Co-ordinate staff training in relation to HR.
- Manage two HR colleagues. The ideal candidate for this role-
- Has worked in HR within an education organisation.
- Is CIPD Level 3 or 5 Qualified
- Possesses a strong grounding in UK HR law.
- Working knowledge of relevant HR issues
