G72 0HT Salary from £37,142 Hybrid/Flexible Working Pattern Closing date: 6th January 2025 Help us create a better future, quicker As Account Manager, you will be the principal point of contact between ScottishPower and nominated outsourced call centres to ensure sales, quality and compliance targets are met. Recruiting and identifying new outsourced call centres through business development activities to meet sales targets, you will act as the principal point of contact for all marketing sales activity in relation to the nominated outsourced call centres. What you’ll be doing Ensuring all sales, quality and compliance targets are met, you will successfully identify, recruit, develop and account manage outsourced call centres from operational set up to ongoing delivery. Confirming nominated outsourced call centres have a proper contractual relationship with ScottishPower, you will ensure they are in adherence with all agreed SLAs and industry regulations/licence requirements. Working with an Insight Telesales Data Manager, you will also ensure that nominated outsourced call centres have an ample flow of data to support their activities and that the data is prepared in such a way to maximise the benefit to the company, ensuring the lowest cost per service possible. Analysing daily performance reports for all sales, quality and compliance activities, you will be required to report on this activity and create recovery plans should they be necessary to ensure set targets are met. What you’ll bring With your management experience from a Sales and/or Marketing environment, you will possess a proven ability to drive sales volumes whilst maintaining high quality levels. Implementing your proven ability to lead and manage individuals and teams, you will be able to display your excellent communication, influencing, account management and contract negotiation experiences. Results focused with strong analytical and planning skills, you will be flexible with working hours to cope with travel, peak workloads and customer/staff requirements.
