Contract: Permanent, 40 hours per week, Term-Time Only

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide individualized support to help students reach their academic and personal objectives.
2. Collaborate with teachers to deliver engaging and inclusive learning experiences.
3. Establish positive relationships with students, ensuring they feel safe and valued.
4. Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to aid their development.
5. Uphold high standards of safeguarding and student welfare in accordance with school policies.
Qualifications and Skills:
6. Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or higher.
7. GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade C or 4 and above).
8. Previous experience with SEN, SLD/PMLD, ADHD, and ASD is highly desirable.
9. Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection practices.
10. Experience managing challenging behaviours and fostering an inclusive classroom environment.
