Studio Manager - Central London: Oxford Circus, Soho, Notting Hill & Chelsea Job Type: Full Time - 32 to 40 hours per week Locations across Fitzrovia, Notting Hill, Chelsea & Soho Up to £30,000 - £35,000 OTE StretchLAB is a chain of boutique studios that specialises in 1-on-1 Assisted Stretching. Our 4 studios are situated in the heart of London: Oxford Circus, Notting Hill, Chelsea, and Soho, with more to come. About the role: The Studio Manager role is both the first point of contact for our clientele and for our Reception team. You are responsible for managing the reception team and making sure that they and you maintain a high level of customer service, enhancing the customer experience, and monitoring studio standards and supporting studio management and the wider team. You and the team are able to deal with any customer complaints, in a timely and professional manner, with yourself as the first point of contact / escalation for the team. Sales will be a major part of your role and your salary will be commensurate to targets, so you will need to be confident in being able to upsell packages and memberships to our clients, managing the Stretchologist team to maximise your selling prowess. Part of your role will also be being able to monitor your reception team, to ensure that they are also hitting ‘targets’ and helping them to improve their sales ability. You will also be a part of the hiring and training process for new receptionists for our studios. What you’ll do: Ensure the best possible experience for each client, greeting & re booking the clients wherever possible Deal with Customer Complaints in a timely and professional manner aiming to conclude within 24 hours Be aware of the days appointments, organising Stretchologists and clients alike, ensuring that all sessions are paid, and the timetable is as efficient as possible Promoting our various services, packages and memberships, ensuring that the team are doing the same and hitting personal and studio targets Be in charge of the studio/s with standards and cleanliness Supporting the reception team to deliver StretchLAB worthy customer service and environment Aid the Management team to hire and train new Reception team members This role does work weekends, and so you must be available consistently on weekends What you'll bring: Confident in being able to sell packages and memberships to clients Experience working in a hospitality, health and beauty industry or fitness environment, preferably in a management position Experience creating a working Schedule within a given budget Tried and tested when delivering premium customer service; face-to-face, over the phone or by emails Experience in managing bookings and reservations Desirable: Knowledge of using MindBody What we offer: Access to 8-hour shifts across our London studios Discounted Stretch Sessions for yourself and family Company social events Job Type: Freelance
