Are you eager to be part of a dynamic team, driving high-profile change in Retail Finance? Do you aspire to develop and grow your skills and capabilities in Change Management? The Retail Finance Change team are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated Senior Finance Change Analyst to join us.
As a Senior Finance Change Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of change initiatives impacting Retail Finance. You will work collaboratively cross-functionally to manage risk and implications related to Finance Systems, Data, MI, and Reporting effectively.
Day to day, you will:
1. Support the Retail Finance Inbound Change process: Assess triage initiatives to help prioritize activities and plan effectively.
2. Operate flexibly: Deliver prioritized activities across Retail Finance in a timely manner.
3. Scope and Document Change Requirements: Undertake activity to scope, define and document specific change requirements.
4. Develop Relationships: Maintain effective working relationships with key collaborators across Retail Finance and other business areas.
5. Support team activities: Contribute to development, learning, and process improvement within the team.
6. Invest in Personal Growth: Respond to individual and team objectives, by enhancing personal performance and growing your skills and capabilities.
What you will need:
1. Finance Background: Previous experience in a Finance-based role, with a solid understanding of Finance Systems is essential.
2. Retail Product Background: A well-rounded understanding of Retail products is essential.
3. Self-motivation: Ability to work collaboratively & independently as part of a wider team, as well as cross-functionally.
And any experience of these would be really useful:
1. Agile methodology & Tools: While experience of change methodology and Agile tools would be advantageous, we will offer coaching and guidance for those starting their career in change.
