Job summary IAPT Psychological Well Being Practitioner - Band 5 £34,521 - £41,956 Inc HCAS per annum pro rata 37.5 hrs per week - Full or part time hours will be considered for this role. We are looking for enthusiastic and committed individuals to join our Bromley Talking Therapies team as Psychological Well Being Practitioners. Bromley Talking Therapies is part of the national NHS programme of Talking Therapies. We provide low and high intensity therapies within the standards of a stepped care model. 'Applicants must hold, or be completing, relevant PWP qualification and registration' The successful candidates will have qualified from an accredited PWP training course and have experience of working in primary care. Please note: Applicants who are currently in PWP training and are due to complete their training within the next 2 months will be considered provided they can demonstrate that they are on track to complete and pass all course requirements. Interviews will be held in the week commencing 24th March 2025 Main duties of the job The post-holder will work within the Talking Therapies service providing high volume low intensity interventions which will be a range of cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) based self management interventions to service to clients with mild to moderate anxiety and depression. Keep coherent records of all clinical activity in line with service protocols and use these records and clinical outcome data in clinical decision making.
