Who are we looking for?
We're seeking an experienced Project Resource Coordinator to manage and facilitate internal projects that support the Operations Business Unit. You will have experience in resource management and project co-ordination, as well as overseeing the end-to-end transition of projects from Sales phase through to delivery.
What you'll be doing
As a Project Resource Co-Ordinator at Bridewell, you will be pivotal in ensuring the seamless transition of cyber security projects from the Sales phase to Delivery. Drawing on your expertise in resource management and project co-ordination, you will define, articulate, and fulfil project resource requirements to set every engagement up for success.
In this role, you will maintain accurate and up-to-date project information within Bridewell's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform, ensuring data integrity and accessibility. Acting as a key liaison, you will facilitate clear communication and collaboration between Sales Teams, Delivery Teams, and the Senior Leadership Team to drive successful project execution.
* Oversee the end-to-end transition of projects from the Sales phase to Delivery.
* Act as the primary point of contact between the Sales and Delivery Teams during project start-up.
* Define and document resource requirements, including roles, qualifications, skills, and availability timelines.
* Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to allocate suitable resources for projects.
* Support the Senior Leadership Team in managing their team's workload to avoid under or overutilisation.
* Ensure resource start dates align with project milestones.
* Identify and address bottlenecks in project delivery.
* Forecast future resource needs based on sales pipeline and project timelines.
* Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Team and People Operations to recruit, onboard, and train staff as required.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date project and resource data within CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
* Audit CRM data regularly to ensure compliance with internal standards.
* Collaborate with Sales Teams to ensure project scope and requirements are fully understood.
* Communicate resource allocation and project readiness to Project Managers and Lead Consultants via the facilitation of a consultant briefing or project start-up meeting to ensure smooth project delivery.
* Escalate risks related to resource availability or project delivery to relevant stakeholders.
* Identify and implement improvements to the transition process to enhance efficiency and reliability.
* Contribute to the continual improvement and refinement of the CRM platform by identifying and suggesting remedial actions, or improvements, to the CRM Product Owner for consideration.
* Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for project transitions.
* Generate regular reports on project readiness, resource utilisation, and CRM data quality.
* Provide insights and recommendations to the Senior Leadership Team to support strategic decision making.
* Co-ordinate and manage internal projects, focussing on process improvements and operational efficiency to enhance overall service delivery.
You will need to have experience in:
* Project Management qualification (e.g. APM PMQ, PMI PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM) is highly desirable.
* Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM systems, certification would be beneficial.
* Proven experience in Resource Management, Project Co-Ordination, or Operations Management within a consultancy, preferably in Cyber Security or Information Technology services.
* Track record of successfully managing project transitions or delivery processes in a fast-paced, client focused environment.
* Knowledge of Cyber Security principles, standards, and technologies desirably resulting in at least a foundation level qualification (e.g. ISC2 CC, BCS CISMP).
* Experience in process improvement, workflow optimisation, and cross-functional team collaboration.
* Background in maintaining and auditing CRM systems for data integrity and reporting.
* Understanding of project lifecycle stages, with the ability to co-ordinate resources and ensure timely execution.
* Expertise in forecasting, scheduling, and optimising resource allocation.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
* Ability to interpret data, generate actionable insights, and support decision-making.
* Proactive in identifying potential risks or issues and developing effective mitigation strategies.
* Meticulous in managing project and CRM data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
* Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively across Sales, Delivery, Operations, and Senior Leadership Teams.
* Proficient in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), project management tools (e.g., MS Project), and standard office tools (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment.

Location: Bridewell operates a hybrid and flexible working policy, however you will be required to travel to different sites on occasion.
