Role Description
This is a full-time role as a Recruitment Account Manager. The role involves tasks such as account management, customer service, recruiting and selection, delivering day-to-day recruitment activities and client requirements, communication, training workers, and business development of new clients. This role is focused on service delivery and the development of our business.
The Recruitment Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining client relationships, conducting recruitment activities, and ensuring quality service delivery.
Qualifications
* Account Management and Customer Service skills
* Face-to-face training or presentation skills
* Recruiting and Communication skills
* Experience in IT packages
* Ability to work to and deliver on set targets
* Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
* Knowledge of recruitment best practices
* A driving licence is essential due to the multisite nature of the role
Salary and Benefits
Salary range is a basic of £30-£35k p/a with uncapped commission schemes linked to the profitability of the business that are assessed and paid quarterly. Additional benefits include:

You should be highly motivated, with a “must not fail“ attitude towards service delivery. You must also be highly sales-driven with an eye for detail. Multitasking and great organisational skills are essential.
This is a hybrid role with home working, but office and client site visits are required on an as-and-when basis.
