The Role
This role is primarily focused on leading and managing CP Medias Marketing Team, with 10 direct reports, ensuring departmental performance and fostering a positive, results driven team culture.
However, it's also a hands-on position where you'll be expected to actively contribute to the planning, execution, and optimisation of multi-channel marketing campaigns. You'll work closely with the Sales Team to drive lead generation and support revenue growth.

Key areas of responsibility:
Team Leadership & Management
Lead and manage the Marketing Team of 10, ensuring alignment with departmental goals and company objectives.
Track and report on performance targets and provide regular feedback through 1:1s and team reviews.
Foster a positive, results-driven team culture that supports personal development, accountability, and collaboration.
Mentor, train, and support team members in their professional growth, creating opportunities for upskilling and advancement.
Oversee day-to-day workflow of the marketing department, ensuring timely and effective campaign delivery.
Support the adoption of new marketing tools and technologies to drive team efficiency and innovation.
Strategic & Hands-On Marketing Execution
Plan, execute and optimise email marketing campaigns, whilst also coordinating paid social and Google campaigns via our digital marketing team.
Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to align marketing activity with key revenue opportunities and lead generation targets.
Track and report on marketing KPIs, such as mailing volumes, response rates, conversion rates and AOV, ensuring continual performance improvement.
Take ownership of campaigns for one or more CP Media brands, delivering from planning through to execution and analysis.
Proactively identify and develop new campaign strategies to enhance brand presence and campaign results.
Work with senior leadership to refine and deliver the overall marketing strategy, supporting wider business objectives.
Monitor and report weekly on ROI and campaign performance, providing insight and recommendations for optimisation.
Continuously review and improve marketing processes to drive efficiency, creativity, and better outcomes.
