To be considered for the role, you'll require the following essentials:
1. 3-5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally selling custom software/digital solutions
2. A consultative sales approach with experience in field sales
3. Track record of winning new business and building long-term client relationships
4. Experience presenting and selling tailored digital/software solutions (not off-the-shelf/SaaS)
5. Ability to generate leads through multiple channels (calls, digital marketing, networking)
6. Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using CRM systems
8. Degree preferred but not essential
Within this position, you'll also be:
1. Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
2. Research and segment potential accounts to develop an effective sales strategy
3. Meet KPIs for client contact, meetings, and sales pipeline management
4. Generate leads via phone, online, face-to-face meetings, and networking
5. Maintain accurate records of all activities within the CRM system
6. Prepare and present compelling commercial proposals
7. Submit regular sales forecasts and activity reports
