Role Responsibilities
1. Managing a portfolio of HNW and agricultural clients, providing expert advisory and compliance services
2. Delivering strategic financial and tax planning advice, ensuring clients receive value-added solutions
3. Acting as the main point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong professional relationships
4. Preparing and reviewing financial statements, management accounts, and tax returns
5. Supporting clients with business growth strategies, financial planning, and succession planning
6. Mentoring and guiding junior team members, reviewing work and delegating tasks effectively
