Responsibilities: As a Business Development Manager you will serve as the primary contact for new sales inquiries in the designated Midlands region. Develop a deep understanding of the company’s services and applications. Collaborate with internal teams to provide the best possible service to clients, including sales visits, product design, and demonstrations. Generate territory growth by achieving commercial targets. Use a consultative sales approach to analyse and solve customer problems, presenting tailored solutions. Write survey reports and quotations for clients. Build trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers. Collaborate with the company’s management on new services and innovations. Oversee the delivery of services after securing projects to ensure client satisfaction. Requirements: Proven track record in solution selling, ideally in the industrial roofing sector. Experience selling technical products or application-based solutions is preferred but not essential (training provided). Strong presentation, customer-facing, and influencing skills. Excellent commercial acumen and problem-solving abilities. Full, valid UK driving license. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
