About the role
The position months fixed term. We offer hybrid working and flexible working arrangements can be discussed.
The L&D team are implementing Workday LMS as part of a global HRIS rollout. You will support the EMEA L&D Manager to deliver the ongoing activities involved in the set-up of the system and associated processes. It is a great opportunity if you are looking to gain international experience as you will be liaising with colleagues and partners across Europe, the US, and Asia-Pacific.
Your responsibilities
1. Gather and analyse current system data and requests, managing duplication and archiving of data and courses, and creating a register of training
2. Consult and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders locally, regionally and globally, to evaluate developmental requirements and update current system descriptions
3. Define LMS user roles and permissions, creating custom paths, and managing maintenance activities
4. Publish learning items in the catalogue and maintenance of the catalogue (versioning, archiving, making corrections).
5. Support the in the training of local HR and key system administrators and be the main point of contact for technical or usability troubleshooting.
6. Map key milestones and project activities to ensure the implementations plans are on track
Your qualifications and skills
7. Experience with Workday LMS, ideally in a technical implementation role (other LMS systems will be considered)
8. Education/certification or equivalent experience in Digital/IT, Analytics, HR, or related field
9. Strong analytical and data gathering skills particularly in dealing with large volumes of data
10. Knowledge of learning styles and learning methods
11. Knowledge of e-Learning software would be preferred.
12. Proficient user of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; other BI and Analytical tools advantageous
