Time for a change? Are you a social worker currently travelling a long way to work from the office instead of being given the freedom to work from home?
It won’t be long until the clocks go back and daylight or the lack thereof creeps in, why not settle into a comfortable role close to home with a well-supported team in South Wales? No one wants to be on the road when it’s dark first thing, just to come home in darkness with little flexibility to work from home or even have condensed hours to complete work in 4 days and enjoy a day to yourself.
We’re supporting a council in South Wales which promotes flexibility and doesn’t stifle it. You will be given your cases and expected to manage your own diary and crack on – given your experience this way of working should suit you and you can rest easy as support from management is never far away.
About the team:
You will be managing Child Protection and CASP cases – with a separate court team on hand, you will have minimal court cases/obligations and can focus on supporting families and children with the sole aim of achieving positive outcomes. Caseloads are staggered and not simply thrown at you, ensuring you can get up to speed and ensure quality of work is given in line with cases allocated.
Some benefits:
* Long contracts to see you into the new year
* Freedom and flexibility – treated like a permanent member of staff
* Supportive & Understanding Management
* Flexi time / hours available
Don’t wait for the clocks to go back to realise your commute isn’t working – get in touch and explore the options we have close to home with all the freedom you need to crack on through winter.
