Are you a driven and tenacious sales professional with a passion for building strong customer relationships and driving business growth?\n\nWe are recruiting on behalf of a leading manufacturer for an Key Accounts Manager to join their dynamic team. This role is responsible for retaining, maximising, and growing aftermarket sales with key customers across the UK and Ireland. The successful candidate will act as the bridge between sales and service departments, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and delivering tailored solutions to meet clients’ needs.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nCreating and maintaining strong customer relationships.\n\nMaintaining key customer accounts.\n\nOnboarding customers following the completion of projects.\n\nPreparing specifications and aftermarket quotations for customers.\n\nPreparing and presenting business and accounts updates to the company's sales director.
\n\nRaising any customer concerns with the internal team, and finding beneficial resolutions. \n\nKey Requirements:\n\nExperience in industrial coatings, paint spraying or abrasives industries.\n\nExperience in Aftermarket Sales or Key Accounts Management.\n\nExcellent Commercial and Sales Skills.\n\nTarget Orientated.\n\nTenacious and self driven.\n\nWhat the Company Provides:\n\nSalary: £40-50k DOE.\n\nHours: Monday-Thursday (either 08:00-16:30, or 08:30-17:00), Friday: 08:30-12:30.\n\nCompany Pension (4%:4%)\n\nOn Site Parking.\n\nIs this a role that interests you?
