Your role:
As a Be Well Receptionist, you will work within the various leisure facilities across the Borough. Candidates must be able to travel across the borough to work flexibly in line with the demands of the service.
You will act as the first point of contact for service users and will support customers with a range of enquiries including bookings for Gymnastics and Tennis lessons and Gym sessions, and promote the benefits of the Be Well membership packages.
You will provide a comprehensive, efficient, and effective telephony, online, and face-to-face customer advisory service by acting as the first point of contact to the leisure centre. You will use effective communication skills to actively engage and provide professional responses to resolve customer queries.
About you:
The ideal person for this role needs to be able to plan, work, and manage their time efficiently and effectively demonstrating accurate and concise work. You must have good organisational, verbal, and written communication skills and use your own initiative and work flexibly as part of a team. A good knowledge of computer systems and experience in inputting and extracting data such as databases, spreadsheets, word-processing packages, and email is key to the receptionist role. The role at times is demanding so experience in working in a customer service environment is beneficial and you can identify problems and seek effective solutions.
