Are you an experienced Class 1 night trunk Driver looking for a new opportunity? We have an exciting position available based in Dartford for a skilled driver to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for transporting goods using a curtainsider vehicle, ensuring timely and safe deliveries throughout the week. The position offers consistent evening hours, starting every day at 5pm, allowing for a predictable work schedule.
We are offering a competitive hourly rate of £18.50, and this is an ongoing contract, providing you with job security and stability.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Safely operate a Class 1 curtainsider vehicle
2. Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety
3. Adhere to all transport regulations and company policies
4. Complete delivery paperwork accurately
5. Maintain a high standard of professionalism while representing the company
Requirements:
1. Valid Class 1 driving license
2. Previous experience in curtainsider driving preferred
3. Excellent understanding of road safety and regulations
4. Strong communication and time-management skills
