Job Description
Client Services Advisor at PPL PRS, located in Leicester, UK. Open to candidates with GCSEs in English and Maths. The role involves managing key accounts via inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring accurate licensing in music copyright management.
Job Responsibilities
* Manage high volume of customer inquiries via phone and email
* Apply knowledge of PRS for Music, PPL & VPL tariffs
* Resolve customer queries efficiently and accurately
* Record customer information in CRM systems
* Escalate issues when necessary following procedures
* Achieve key performance indicators
* Understand music licensing and copyright regulations
Additional Details
* Start date: 2nd June 2025
* Training: 3 weeks classroom-based in Leicester
* Hybrid working: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote
* Shift pattern: Monday to Friday, rotational shifts 8am-6pm
Requirements
* GCSEs grades 4 or above in English and Maths
* Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
* Experience in customer service, face-to-face or via phone
