An exciting opportunity has arisen within the West Sutherland Health and Social Care Team. We are looking for two motivated & enthusiastic individuals who will be part of a multidisciplinary team working with patients in their own homes to provide holistic care.
Your primary responsibility will be to assist with enabling people to maintain their independence at home and supporting people after they have left hospital. The post holder needs to be flexible and able to use their own initiative as well as providing high standards of patient care in support of the team to ensure delivery of a high quality service to the local community.
A driving licence is essential for this post and applicants should have access to their own vehicle for work purposes.
There are 2 permanent part-time posts, each of 22.75 hours per week available each working 7.00am to 2.00pm 4 days on, 4 days off or as per service requirements.
