Job Summary: This is a role established to support the organisation in carrying out day-to-day activities and to provide an element of cover or additional resource to our Durham Enhanced Access Service and PCNs as required. The post-holder will be expected to have a flexible approach and will work closely with, and under the direction of, the management team to improve standards across a wide range of organisational activities. Main Duties and Responsibilities Support the Operations Manager in their day-to-day activities. Undertake a variety of administrative duties to assist in the smooth running of the organisation, including the provision of secretarial and clerical support to all staff. Use a variety of software packages (including Excel, MS Office) Use of SystmOne clinical systems. Draft agendas and collate information/documents for Federation meetings, ensuring the timely distribution of papers Attend meetings as required to take detailed and accurate minutes. To provide efficient, effective and timely reporting in the form of dashboards and datasets. Identify areas for continual improvement within areas of responsibility and proactively assist with implementing change, as required. Undertake specific assigned tasks, project support, or development work, which may arise during the impending changes to the Federation and its member Practices. Report risks, significant problems and issues to the relevant person, ensuring appropriate reporting procedures are followed.
