Description Fixed Term Contract until 14 November 2025 | £27,711 to £30,060 per annum (Scale F) | 37 hours per week | County Hall The Corporate Property Team's Finance and Budget Assistants have a vital role to play in keeping all of the Council's corporate premises operational, from paying rents on time to ensuring we forecast our maintenance and operational costs accurately. The role involves a wide variety of financial transactional work as well as budget forecasting. Most work is undertaken on MyOracle procurement system and EPM, so familiarity with one or both of these is required. With an experienced team around you for support, property experience isn't necessarily required. So, we'd love to hear from you if you thrive in a team, like a fast paced environment, have experience of raising and managing purchase orders and invoices, and understand budgets.
