We are looking for a motor trade warranty administratior for a Monday - Friday 08.00 - 17.30 full time role.
May suit a current service advisor or parts advisor or administrator within the motor trade looking for a Monday - Friday role or looking to transfer over off the front desk.
Must have motor trade experience but not neccesarily in a main dealer business as training will be given.
The starting salary is experience dependent but will be between £25,0000 - £30,000 with a £1000 bonus.
A full driivng licence is preferable ( not 100% a deal breaker) as you will need to travel to other sites for auditing purposes ( car provided for this)
The Warranty Administrator will be responsible for the following tasks on a day to day basis:
Managing warranty claims and establishing that all work completed meets the manaufacture standards.
This role involves clerical tasks, data entry, and maintaining accurate records of warranty information.
Invoicing warranty claims on a daily basis
Veryfying warranty invoices against Sbi payments (self billing invoice)
- Process warranty claims and documentation
- Maintain warranty records and files usiing inhouse system
- Perform administrative tasks to support the warranty department
- Assist with warranty Audit twice a year

- Proficient in office procedures and phone etiquette
- Skilled in using computerised systems for data entry (Training given)
- Organisational skills to manage warranty records effectively
