Key Responsibilities: Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence. Answer and direct phone calls, and handle inquiries in a professional manner. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary. Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents. Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications: Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Preferred Skills: Experience with office management software (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace).
