Administrator | Temporary Role | Wakefield | Office Based I am working with a client in Normanton to recruit an Administrator on a 3-month temporary basis. Experience is essential as you will be supporting during a busy period. Duties include: Reporting and data collation Coordination of all associated documentation, aligning to specific task Supporting the maintenance of data in the CAFM system, ensuring accurate notes and documents Supporting Support Services and Operations with all administration tasks Updating trackers and systems Creating and running reports Locating and updating paperwork Assisting with the fleet management Collating information and data for distribution. Ad-hoc tasks as required, including assisting other team members and managers. You must have experience in a similar role. Helpdesk or Fleet Management experience would be preferred.
