A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an IT Support Technician to join a forward-thinking company in Maidstone. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT support, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, and managing Windows AD and AzureAD environments. Duties & Responsibilities:

Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to end users.
Manage and maintain Windows AD and Azure AD environments.
Support and maintain AV equipment and school Management Information Systems (MIS).
Ensure accurate management of hardware and software inventory.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for staff and students.
What Experience is Required:

Proven experience in IT support, ideally in an educational environment.
Strong troubleshooting skills in hardware and software, with proficiency in Windows AD and Azure AD.
Full UK driving license and access to own car for travel between sites.
Salary:

Basic salary up to £25,000

Location:

This role is based in Maidstone, and you'll be travelling to other client sites within a 10/15-mile radius.

Commute From:

Ashford, Tonbridge, Sevenoaks, Sittingbourne and Rochester.
