Are you a seasoned Nursing Home Manager looking for a new exciting position? Our client is seeking a passionate Registered Manager to deliver high-quality care at their stunning nursing home set in the beautiful Cheshire countryside. The role is commutable form Macclesfield, Crew, Warrington and surrounding areas
This role offers a competitive salary up to £70,000 per annum You'll enjoy a range of benefits including 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, and opportunities for career progression within a supportive team.

As a Registered Manager, you will:
* Work with multi-disciplinary teams, family members, local authorities, and regulatory bodies.
* Have overall responsibility for high-quality service delivery and promoting a positive culture.
* manage the staff team to promote choice and independence.
* Meet targets set out in the Quality Strategy for the best quality support and care.

To be successful as a Registered Manager, you should have:
* Experience working to CQC guidelines, relevant legislation, and professional regulations.
* Experience undertaking investigations and managing complaints appropriately and confidentially.
* Qualifications in Leadership & Management.
* A Nurse Qualification with valid pin RNLD, RMN, or RGN.
