RMS Recruitment are excited to be recruiting for a Sales Manager to join their client’s team on a Permanent basis.
Role Overview
Working to promote and secure orders from our valued direct and indirect customer base. The overall duty would be to achieve maximum sales volume, profitability, and growth of the business whilst developing and growing a new customer base.
The salary offered is £55k per annum plus car allowance.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Work closely with sales department to target potential clients.
Raise the profile of the company within MMC.
Proactively identify new market and product opportunities through your Business Development activities to drive/secure organic sales growth.
Work closely with our Technical Team to guide/develop our approach.
Maintain accurate records of activity within our CRM system.
Work with our Marketing team to develop new brochures and merchandise.
Attend events and roadshows.
Ensure customers are kept up to date with appropriate Price Lists, Catalogues, Samples and Point of Sale material.
Proactively represent the Company and its interests.
To hit sales targets set by Company board.
Grow and train a sales team.
Attend the HQ at least once a week to attend sales meetings.
