Your focus will include growing revenue in existing accounts while identifying and securing new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Drive business growth by achieving sales targets and developing new leads. Build and maintain strong partnerships with clinics, ensuring high visibility and accessibility. Deliver clinical and commercial training to clinic teams, ensuring product success. Share insights on effective marketing strategies to enhance patient engagement. Support clinics in delivering a seamless and high-quality patient experience. Create and present tailored business strategies to optimise clinic performance. Effectively manage schedules and CRM systems to achieve consistent outcomes. Candidate Profile: Degree-qualified with a minimum of five years of medical sales experience, ideally within the aesthetics sector or a closely related field. Demonstrated success in achieving sales KPIs while maintaining brand integrity. Strong ability to coach and train small teams and individuals. A proven track record of driving revenue growth and delivering customer satisfaction. Experience in guiding marketing initiatives that improve patient acquisition. Full UK driving licence required. Compensation Package: This remote role offers an attractive salary and rewards package designed to motivate high performance.
