We are seeking a Distributed Services Engineer to provide on-site IT support within a Service Level Agreement. Responsibilities include repairing, diagnosing, and replacing PCs, laptops, printers, servers, and retail equipment, as well as performing desk-side support, completing part movements, and assisting other engineers. Achieve KPI targets, communicate effectively, and utilize a PDA to manage calls. Additional tasks include customer rebuilds, AV repairs, and IMAC projects. Required skills include knowledge of PC, laptop, and printer operation, excellent customer facing skills, and a full driving license. SC Clearance is preferred.
