Salary: £120 - £160 per day, subject to experience

Protocol Education is seeking a dedicated Religious Education (RE) Teacher to join a welcoming school in Sunderland. This is an exciting opportunity to inspire students to think critically about faith, ethics, and philosophy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and thought-provoking RE lessons across key stages.
* Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages open dialogue and exploration.
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance the RE curriculum.
* Foster strong relationships with students, promoting a respectful and understanding attitude towards diverse beliefs.
Qualifications:
* Relevant teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent).
* Experience teaching Religious Education in a secondary school setting.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* A genuine passion for promoting understanding of different faiths and cultures.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
