We have implemented a Hybrid Working Model that enables eligible employees to work remotely for a part of their working time and reach a working pattern that works for them Competitive salary and non-contributory pension 30 days' holiday plus bank holidays, with the option to purchase additional days Life Assurance and Private Healthcare for you and your family A range of flexible benefits including Retail Discounts, a Bike4Work scheme and Gym benefits The opportunity to support a wide ranging CSR programme 2 days' volunteering leave per year Your key responsibilities Conduct financial crime Investigations, support on proactive reviews producing timely and high-quality scoping documents, final investigation reports and complete documentation as per FCIU Key Operating Documents Support the identification of emerging threats/risks related to financial crime and contribute to the enhancement of the Bank's control framework and related initiatives that arise from Investigations and Intelligence Reviews Ensure risks are appropriately addressed and mitigating actions are referred to the relevant teams Work with other FCIU regions/AFC departments, requiring regular and effective stakeholder management Undertake exposure assessments resulting from law enforcement and other referrals Your skills and experience Educated to bachelor's degree level or equivalent qualification/work experience. Formal qualifications in AML/ Intelligence/Financial Crime Investigations would be advantageous Previous AFC experience, preferably in the Intelligence/Investigation environment within the financial industry Solid understanding of financial crime threat intelligence and how it relates to the organisation Good analytical and problem-solving skills, good grasp of analytical tools/techniques. Ability to use a variety of systems/ intelligence sources Good communications skills, to convey complex issues accurately/concisely.
