Description
A growing Manufacturing organisation are looking to recruit an Experienced Financial Controller to assist the senior management team grow their bottom line and execute their strategic 5 year plan.
The successful candidate will be commercially aware and will be responsible for all financial aspects of company strategy ensuring the most profitable outcomes for the business.
1. Producing management account packs for the business with full commentary, presenting at board meetings
2. Managing a small team
3. Managing all financial operations of the company
4. Providing full financial and commercial support to MD
5. Preparing timely and accurate month end and year end accounts and audit packs
6. Preparing annual budgets and monthly financial forecasts
7. Monitoring and auditing sales prices and margins for team
8. Ensuring financial compliance across business with tax and regulatory issues
9. Managing and analysing P&L and business profitability
10. Main point of contact for external Auditors when required
Previous experience of working within a manufacturing environment is essential as are strong IT skills as there are plans to implement a new ERP system in the near future.
