We are currently looking for an experienced and focused Assistant Restaurant Manager to working alongside our Restaurant General Manager to drive the daily operations of Hartnett Holder & Co, our restaurant within the award-winning five-star Lime Wood Hotel. Work closely with our Restaurant General Manager to drive standards across the restaurant. Ensure all food handling and safety measures are met and compliant. Present on the floor, working closely with the team, leading from the front. Support all restaurant staff with their training & development. Step up in the Restaurant General Managers absence, overseeing staff rotation and day to day operations. Deal with and solve complaints. Develop and build excellent relationships with suppliers, managing stock, order, and budgeting. Support with staffing requirements, including external recruitment Previous experience as a Assistant Restaurant Manager, within a similar environment essential. We are ideally seeking some someone who is a people-focused, natural leader. A genuine passion for providing a detailed and memorable service to guests is a must.
