Vitis Regulatory – Part-time Administrative Role
Vitis Regulatory is a consultancy group that specializes in assisting our clients to comply with the regulations on the safe use of chemicals. Our work is desk-based and centered on the scientific and technical assessment of chemicals; we have offices in the UK, Belgium, and Germany. We are looking for an additional part-time administrative assistant in our growing business. The role is offered initially as a 12-month fixed term contract, with the possibility to extend or become a permanent position.
The role involves assisting project managers across the Vitis Regulatory group with the preparation of project deliverables, monitoring and collating correspondence with our clients, and maintaining records. You will also assist the senior business administrator and business manager with routine administrative, secretarial, and organizational tasks within the business.
This vacancy is based at our office in Canterbury and is offered for up to 30 hours per week. The successful applicant must be available to work in person at the office on at least two weekdays, including Mondays; working hours are flexible. Hybrid arrangements could be considered for the right candidate.
The successful applicant will be an organized and confident individual with a high level of attention to detail and excellent word processing skills. No formal qualifications are required for the role although you must hold a minimum of a Level 2 pass in English and maths (GCSE C/4 or equivalent) and a high standard of written and spoken English.
