Our client, a growing organisation, is seeking a Digital Marketing Assistant to join their team on a remote basis. The Digital Marketing Assistant will support the administration, development and implementation of the strategic marketing plan: brand story, customer journey, digital advertising, social media, websites, SEO, analytical reports, and presentation materials. Working in close partnership with colleagues across the group, the Digital Marketing Assistant will play an important role in evolving the Direct-to-Consumer programme across the companies various brands. Driving awareness, education and brand preference through digital platforms and fostering long term loyalty is key to business growth. Meeting agreed KPIs around spend, PPC, effective web platforms, conversions and ROI. Support with quotes from suppliers, copy writing and creative development. Job responsibilities: MARKETING ACTIVITY Marketing plan: Support the development and implementation of a successful annual plan on time/within budget Digital strategy: Support the management of social media to engage with existing and new consumers Advertising & PR: Effectively support the development of local awareness campaigns to increase brand share and reach Website: Support website(s) performance, SEO, content, necessary software updates, Ortto (marketing automation), CRM (Opus) in collaboration with Brand and Marketing team Assets: Brief agencies on requirements, quotes, copy writing and creative development Events: Support planning, development, implementation, messaging and delivery of events (B2B/B2C) PROMOTION AND COMMUNICATION CAMPAIGNS Support the development and implementation of integrated campaigns that attract and nurture new consumers to the business by creating awareness and converting them into paying customers Evolve DTC nurture activity through to purchase and repeat purchase to increase life-time value Launch online presence of new products in collaboration with other teams Ensure compelling consistent brand content for social media platforms to build the brand, increase sales, and drive traffic to website(s) BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT Events: Support the planning, promotion and delivery of local events (B2B/B2C) and community engagement Third party database activity: support development and performance review of third party partnership digital campaigns REPORTING, ANALYSIS & MARKET INTELLIGENCE Industry / Market analysis: Support research and data gathering that provides actionable consumer in-sights for continuous improvement of the Marketing plan Provide data driven support to demonstrate high levels of customer advocacy with measurements Balance scorecard tracking: To ensure ROI on marketing spend and drive Group KPIs Competitor analysis: Conduct competitor reviews with research for relevant products/services evolution STRATEGIC GROWTH Strategic growth: Provide team support for analysis associated with new product, campaign and launches Partnerships: Provide hands on project support for the successful delivery of partnership opportunities (third party) Management of agreed projects, Proactive involvement with team projects and approvals FINANCE and ADMINISTRATION Budget aware, support with accurate audit trail Maintain up to the minute training and personal admin Support analysis of the effectiveness of all marketing efforts across relevant projects Suitable candidates will hold the following skills and experience: At least 2 years experience within marketing field Demonstrable track record of successfully writing digital marketing communications Awareness of digital marketing automation and the creation of reports Commercially aware Empathetic, emotionally intelligent Strong team collaboration skills Team player Computer literate competent with Microsoft, CRM concept and artwork editing Confident and accurate written and verbal communication skills Can-do attitude, growth mindset Problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail In return, our client offers a generous salary with a team bonus and enhanced benefits package. This is a remote based role, however due to the various locations of the business, you will be required to attend sites regularly for meetings or training, therefore you must be prepared to travel to site when required, ideally this would suit someone centrally based in England, to allow for all sites.
