About: We’re looking for a Head of Product Marketing who will be crucial in shaping and promoting our ‘Go to Market’ strategy on an exciting new platforms, which are designed to enable better ecommerce based car parking platforms, globally. Each of the platforms within the group are autonomous, delivering mission-critical tech across the globe. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will represent all facets of the business and collaborate closely with our parent company, and our in-house creative team. In this role, you will define and develop our GTM strategy, stimulating demand for our platform across the global travel sector. You will hone our positioning and messaging for our various customer segments and your expertise in B2B marketing will help us effectively promote our brand in the sector; from capacity creation and yield optimisation to improved customer throughput. The Role: By joining our team you’ll: • Identify and communicate our market proposition, clearly defining key customer segments, their personas and value we can deliver. • Develop, refine and execute the go to market plan for our platforms and customer segments in collaboration with our customer and partner executives • Ensure our messaging accurately reflects our business tone and appropriately represents all platforms. • Create compelling B2B content across various mediums to engage and attract partners. • Design and deliver content: Support sales teams with impactful presentations, talks, workshops, and exhibitions. • Develop a deep understanding of all our platforms and effectively communicate the benefits to our customers. • Manage social media channels such as LinkedIn, to grow engagement, and create positive impressions around our brands and technology. • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor strategies to inform marketing initiatives. • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications. • Implement and manage demand generation campaigns to generate high-quality leads for the sales team. • Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and retention through targeted marketing efforts.
