Key Responsibilities: Create a Nurturing Learning Environment: Support pupils across a wide age range, helping them engage with their lessons and achieve their academic goals. Provide Tailored Support: Work closely with small groups and individual students, addressing their unique needs and supporting their learning journey. Support Diverse Needs: Assist students with a range of SEN, including Autism (ASD), ADHD, Dyslexia, and Speech & Language challenges, ensuring each day is as rewarding as it is varied. Collaborate with Staff: Work in partnership with teachers and SENCOs to monitor student progress and adapt teaching strategies for maximum impact. What We’re Looking For: Qualifications: A degree or a Teaching Assistant qualification is preferred but not essential. Experience: Previous experience in a school or educational setting is essential, especially with SEN students. Adaptability: Flexibility and creativity are key, as every child’s needs and learning styles are unique.
