Salary: GBP30,000 Basic (GBP60,000 Guarantee for First Year subject to experience)
Realistic OTE GBP90,000 (uncapped), Top Earners in excess of GBP100K
About the Company
Our client is a well-established nationwide provider of business-critical services to thousands of SME organisations across the UK for over 75 years. They are a leading company in their field, known for their highly trained and rewarded staff. They are currently seeking an experienced Field Sales Executive to attend pre-arranged B2B appointments.
The Role
As a Field Sales Executive, you will work closely with your designated telesales/appointment booker, who provides an average of 15 qualified appointments per week, to sell the company's range of services primarily to SMEs.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Attending sales appointments booked by your telemarketing partner in a defined area.
2. Taking a consultative approach to sales, providing tailored solutions to clients.
3. Generating new leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
4. Thriving in a fast-paced, target-driven, high-energy environment.
Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
* B2B field sales experience.
* Understanding of consultative sales processes.
* Confidence in value-based selling.
* Experience selling to SMEs.
* Strong closing skills.
* Excellent communication skills and high organization.
