Your new role
* Manage and monitor rent accounts to ensure timely payments.
* Handle credit control and collection processes.
* Liaise with tenants to resolve any payment issues and provide support.
* Conduct regular account reviews and take appropriate action on arrears.
* Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a seamless service.
* Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with tenants.
What you'll need to succeed
* Proven experience in credit control and collections.
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
* Knowledge of social housing regulations and practices is a plus.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in using relevant software and systems.
