Job Business Analyst with Delivery Manager skills

Hours: 35 hours per week
Salary: £45,000 to £48,000
Contract: Permanent full Time
Key Purpose of the Role:
The ability to undertake detailed analysis and run problem solving session, contributing your skills to range projects and supporting delivery of the innovation and improvement process.You will also be able to run projects independently.You will contribute to the overall delivery of the transformation plan and achieve the ambitious objectives.
You will work closely with key stakeholders in translating the needs of the business enabling the delivery of successful business change, working on multiple projects as part of a team within a complex transformation programme.
Essential Criteria:
* Project Management: Lead small to medium-sized projects and support larger, complex ones.
* Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships, tailor communication, and reach consensus.
* Workshops: demonstrable experience in planning structured and leading workshops tailored to different stakeholders, ensuring clear objectives and outputs.
* Facilitation: demonstrable experience in facilitation creating an inclusive and collaborative environment, using tools such as user story mapping, and impact assessments. Adept at handling challenging discussions, resolving conflicts, and guiding the group toward consensus.
* Business Analysis: Apply structured approaches to problem-solving, requirements gathering, and business case development.
* Business Modelling: Understand business changes and interactions between processes, systems, and roles.
Business Process Improvement: Identify, design, and support implementation of operational enhancements
