The Role Reporting to the Assistant Front Office Manager, your role as Night Porter will involve supporting the smooth overnight operation of the Club. Working alone or alongside another Night Porter, you will perform a variety of tasks across the premises, including guest services, security, and operational support. The role requires physical tasks such as standing, walking, and using equipment (training provided). Shifts are from 8:00 PM to 7:00 AM, including weekends and bank holidays. Key Responsibilities: Each day will be similar, but your duties may vary. Your main duties will be: Provide exceptional guest services, including late check-ins, greeting residents, and addressing requests efficiently. Handle complaints professionally, escalating issues as needed while ensuring guest satisfaction. Assist with bookings for members and guests, including tickets, restaurant reservations, and room bookings, either in person or over the phone Manage overnight security by monitoring the premises, reporting suspicious activity, and maintaining a safe environment for guests and staff. Receive kitchen deliveries and store items in compliance with health and safety standards. Perform light cleaning tasks across front and back-of-house areas as required. Provide a clear and thorough handover to day staff at the end of each shift. Issuing of keys only to correct personnel or residents and ensuring they are signed out correctly.
