About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Fleet Director to lead our growing Fleet Services division. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the strategic direction and drive the commercial success of our corporate fleet solutions, particularly for businesses with company car schemes. Leading a team of 65, including three direct reports in commercial, operations, and sales, you will play a key role in ensuring the continued growth and success of the fleet business. As Fleet Director, you will align the fleet division with broader business objectives, driving commercial growth through increased wallet share, new business acquisition, and improved profitability. Additionally, you will represent the Fleet function in senior leadership meetings, ensuring strategic progress and alignment across the organisation.
Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for candidates with proven experience in a senior fleet or automotive services role, strong commercial acumen, and a track record of driving revenue and profitability. Leadership experience in managing sales, operations, and commercial teams is essential, along with the ability to foster and maintain high-level relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. A strong financial and operational understanding, along with experience managing performance in collaboration with finance teams, is required. You should be comfortable operating at an executive level, influencing senior stakeholders, and driving strategic decisions.
