About you This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic individual who has worked for 2 years in an administrative role, ideally within a small or medium sized financial services organisation. We are seeking someone who is confident in dealing with a range of stakeholders and is keen to develop their skills as part of a friendly organisation in an innovative, rapidly growing business. Key Responsibilities As financial administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our back-office functions. You will complete administrative tasks, update our systems, produce illustrations and deal with clients and providers ensuring that the firm meets its administrative obligations and deliver an outstanding experience to our clients. What we need from you You should have the following skills, attributes and experience: Skills and Attributes Excellent customer service and administration skills Good interpersonal skills and a can-do attitude Good organisational and document management skills Good written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems Experience · Proven experience in an administration role within a financial services firm · Experience of dealing with different platforms · Knowledge of Intelligent Office would be an advantage Your Qualifications · Relevant qualifications in financial services or administration are desirable but not essential What’s in it for you?
