This role is a perfect springboard for a Senior Associate, or Partner, seeking an opportunity to take the helm of the Family Department during an exciting period of growth and opportunity.

The Role
You will lead a team of three fee-earners, a paralegal and a legal secretary, handling all aspects of privately funded family matters. You'll play an important part in the team's development and growth; therefore, supervisory experience is highly desirable.

The ideal candidate:
1. You must be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 5+ years PQE
2. A collaboratively trained Family lawyer and member of Resolution would be advantageous, although not essential
3. As a senior member of the team, you will oversee, mentor, and train junior and mid-level fee-earners in the team and positively influence the department's success. Therefore, prior leadership experience is highly desirable.
