Senior Project Manager We're looking for a Civils Senior Project Manager to join our Hinkley Point C team based in Bridgwater, Somerset. for this position you must have strong experience in Civil Engineering, Reinforced Concrete and Steel Structures. Location : Somerset, Bridgwater Contract : Permanent, Full time - can offer some hybrid working What will you be responsible for? As a Senior Project Manager you'll be working within the Hinkley Point C team. We are looking for you to bring your experience in construction projects that involve concrete frames to the team. You'll need to make sure that the tasks are running on time, adhering to all HSE regulations and within budget. Your day to day will include: Manage resources (people, finance and physical assets) in order to fulfil the assigned project(s) safely, on time and to the required quality while maximising customers' satisfaction and gross profit on projects. Financial monitoring and control of the contract, ensuring Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality compliance in accordance with Kier's Operating Framework, Project Lifecycle Management, and IMS Maintain excellent working relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and ensure the project is programmed in P6 to a level of detail necessary for operational teams to deliver the projects and that the programmes are contractually compliant Ensure the production of as-built and impacted P6 programmes whilst ensuring a commercial plan and end of life forecast is in place and monitored monthly for the successful commercial delivery of projects Ensure and oversee the production of progress reports, updated costs and forecasts Who are we looking for? This role is great for you if: Relevant qualification (Management qualification / NVQ L3 / HNC / Degree). Chartered Member of the Institution of Civil Engineers, APM or equivalent. Significant experience on projects of significant value from pre-construction to delivery.
