We are seeking a dedicated Registered Manager to oversee a small group of CQC-registered residential and supported living services in Wetherby, Leeds. In this role, you will be leading, developing, and supporting people with learning disabilities to live a healthy and happy life.
As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality, person-centred care across the services. You will lead and support your team to uphold the highest standards, promote independence, and enhance the lives of the people we support.
As a Manager, you will ensure that client-focused services are delivered and developed effectively and efficiently, in line with policy, best practice guidance, legislation and our values of being Person-Centred, Respectful, Open, Understanding and Dedicated (PROUD).
You will have an eye for detail in your service and as you will be people-focused, you will also have an eye for talent. You will be a natural leader who supports each team to deliver quality care to the people we support.

Main duties of the job
* Oversee the day-to-day management of residential and supported living services.
* Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and drive continuous improvement.
* Lead, mentor, and develop staff, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
* Work in partnership with families, professionals, and external stakeholders.
* Manage budgets and resources effectively.
* Develop and implement support plans tailored to individual needs.
* Management experience or significant leadership experience in a similar setting.
* A strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance.
* Experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* A commitment to delivering person-centred care and positive outcomes.
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards).
* Driving licence essential.

Experience
* Experience of support/care work relevant to the service.

Qualifications
* Current UK driving licence.
* Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care and/or Management.
