As part of this growth, they are seeking a proactive and dynamic HR Business partner to join an experienced team and support the business during this period of change. As a HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in aligning our people strategy with our evolving group goals. This is a generalist HR role where you’ll have the opportunity to work closely with managers across the business to support the day-to-day operational HR needs, with a strong focus on relationship-building, first level employee relations, and support with the implementation of the new group strategy. Key Responsibilities Include; Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support on low-level employee relations matters, offering advice and solutions to managers to address workplace issues and promote a positive working environment. Manager Support: Act as the first point of contact for managers, providing support on HR policies, processes, and best practices to ensure alignment with the wider group strategy and operational goals. Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with line managers, understanding their needs and challenges, while providing tailored HR solutions to improve team performance and engagement. HR Projects: Support HR projects and initiatives, including talent management, workforce planning, and employee engagement. General HR Support: Provide generalist HR support across all areas including recruitment, performance management, policy development, and employee development. The ideal candidate; The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within a fast-paced organisation. Previous exposure to employee relations cases such as sickness, absence etc and building strong relationships with managers is essential. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels. You will have previous experience with advising managers on ER issues and supporting them through HR processes.
