Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
3. Meeting Coordination: Handle a high volume of internal and external meetings, ensuring seamless scheduling and logistics.
4. Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with broker sales teams to efficiently plan and coordinate meetings.
5. Corporate Access Support: Provide comprehensive support to your team, ensuring they have the necessary resources and information for successful engagements.
6. Research Organisation: Collect, organise, and manage research reports, financial models, and company quarterly and annual reports for the team's use.
7. Travel and Expense Management: Oversee and coordinate travel arrangements and expense management for portfolio managers and their teams, ensuring all details are meticulously handled.
8. Onboarding Coordination: Liaise with key operational areas to organise training schedules for new hires and oversee their onboarding process.
9. Special Projects: Undertake special projects for the teams or International Equities (IE) management, which may involve using various applications such as internal proprietary software, Factset, and Bloomberg.
10. Industry Knowledge Development: Develop a basic understanding of key industries such as energy, industrials, financials, consumer, technology, media, and telecom to better support your team.
11. Technical Proficiency: Learn about the International Equities technology infrastructure, investment philosophy, and risk framework to enhance your effectiveness in the role.
12. Team Meetings: Actively participate in weekly business meetings with the teams, contributing to discussions and staying informed on ongoing projects and initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
Qualifications:
13. Experience as a Team Executive Assistant, ideally within the financial services sector or a similarly fast-paced industry.
14. Skills: Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in Factset and Bloomberg being a plus.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
15. Attributes: Proactive and adaptable, with a keen attention to detail.High degree of professionalism and a strong work ethic.Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Willingness to work 5 days a week in the office.
